Questions about pricing
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added to your bill. For example, Business annual is ₹17,990 + GST (₹21,228 in total).
How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 10 days and includes every feature. No card is needed. Use your own employee data, so you can see a real month before you buy. There is one trial per PC.
What happens when a trial or subscription ends?
The app switches to read-only. You can still open it, view records, print payslips, run reports, export and take backups. You cannot add or change records until you renew. Your statutory records are never locked away from you.
How does renewal work?
Before your plan ends, renew for another month or year. You can request a licence from inside the app at Settings > Subscription, or write to us. The app needs to go online now and then for a short licence check. No employee data is sent.
What if my company grows past my plan?
The app will not add employees beyond your plan's limit. Move up to the next plan and carry on. Your data stays as it is.
How do I pay?
Write to sales@antaipayroll.in with your company size and the plan you want. We will send a quote with GST and the payment details.
Can I take my data with me if I stop?
Yes. You can export all your data to Excel at any time. There is no lock-in.
