Software licence and terms of use

1. Who we are

AntAI Payroll is made by [Company legal name: to be filled by AntAI], [registered address: to be filled by AntAI], GSTIN [to be filled by AntAI] ("AntAI", "we"). "You" means the company or person that installs or uses the software.

2. Your licence

• When you start a trial or buy a plan, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use AntAI Payroll for your own company's payroll, for the length of your trial or subscription.
• Each licence covers one company, the number of employees in your plan, and the number of PCs we agree with you.
• You may not copy, resell, rent, or reverse-engineer the software, or try to get around the licence checks, except where the law allows it.

3. Trial

The free trial lasts 10 days, with one trial per PC. When it ends, the app becomes read-only until you buy a plan.

4. Fees, GST and renewal

• Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for a month or a year. They do not renew unless you pay for the next period.
• When a subscription ends, the app becomes read-only. You can still view, print, export and back up your data.

5. Your data and your responsibilities

• Your payroll data stays on your PC and belongs to you. We do not receive it.
• You are responsible for your employees' data, for keeping your password and recovery key safe, and for keeping backups. If both the password and recovery key are lost, we cannot recover the data.
• AntAI Payroll is a tool. You are responsible for checking payroll results, tax and statutory amounts, and for filing and payments to the authorities. Please take advice from your accountant where needed.

6. Updates and support

While your subscription is active you can install updates. Support is by e-mail at support@antaipayroll.in. [Support hours and response times: to be filled by AntAI]

7. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make AntAI Payroll correct and safe. Apart from what the law requires, the software is provided "as is". [Limitation of liability, for example capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months: to be filled by AntAI after legal review]

8. Ending the licence

You can stop using the software at any time. We may end the licence if you break these terms. Your data stays on your PC either way.

9. This website

You may read and share pages from this website. Please download the installer only from this site. See the privacy policy for how the site handles data.

10. Law and disputes
